This weekend presents good strong efequiser @ s! dating! As usual this Saturday we have a roll of gruppetto road bike. It may be a slower pace (although you never know hehe ...) because the next day, Sunday 20 l @ s @ s efequiser let us see:
XV Mountain Half Marathon Vall del Congost . It is a 21km mountain race that runs through the Parc Natural del Montseny incredible. + The gap is quite substantial (1900m) but the places well worth it! XX
